Roblox launched 'Limiteds', letting creators in its "UGC program" sell digital items that are limited in quantity. While Limiteds drive scarcity and leverage other NFT principles such as resale royalties, these items have nothing to do with the blockchain - they're Roblox exclusive items and can only be purchased with its Robux in-game currency 💵

Scarcity sells, and Roblox creators won't not need a blockchain to drive that scarcity. Parents - the time is now to set monthly spending limits for your kids 🚧
